As a non-selling Broker, Don is always accessible to provide support and guidance.

Sam Narayan, Associate Broker/Owner

Sam Narayan has over 15 years of business and real estate experience. Awarded Broker/Owner of the Year in 2014, Sam provides unparalleled leadership to associates. He specializes in the Business Brokerage & Investment market, and prides himself on being on top of the market and in many cases ahead of market trends.

Tim Grover, Excellence Academy Director

Tim Grover has built and grown large sales teams of diverse individuals who have achieved very aggressive goals over the past two decades. His passion is to get large groups of people motivated and focussed on achieving a common goal through exhaustive planning and well-executed implementation.

Administration and Transition Management

Lorena Gonzalez, Senior Administration

Lorena is at the front lines of agent support. She is responsible for entering listings/amendments, requesting signs up/down, posting open houses, greeting guests and answering the phones, uploading listings, and requesting land titles/corporations.

Mittal Shah, Transaction Manager 

Mittal is responsible for the administration of agent accounts including onboarding, renewals, commission payroll, billing, transaction management, and accounts payable/receivable. 

Neeti Vaghela, Senior Conveyancer

Neeti is responsible for the transactional and legal paperwork when processing a sale or purchase. She makes sure that all legal paperwork is completed, distributed, and filed within necessary deadlines, and commission cheques processed with same-day payments.

Amandeep Kaur, Administrative Assistant & Conveyancing Support

Amandeep is responsible for providing support in administration and conveyancing. She helps to assist Lorena with administrative duties as well as assisting Neeti in conveyancing.

Marketing Department

Danya LeBlanc, Marketing Manager

Danya oversees the marketing programs, services, and communication goals of the department. She provides direction on the day-to-day operations and priority management, and is a source of knowledge on the tools, tactics, vendors, and strategies available to associates. Danya ensures RECA advertising compliance and RE/MAX brand standards are met.

Jordi Ondrisik, Marketing Coordinator

Jordi is responsible for assisting associates with their day-to-day requests including, graphic design, building your online presence, and marketing consultations. She is your go-to for immediate questions on your marketing tactics and support. She coordinates internal events and communication initiatives and manages our external social media.

Mahala Ciarroni, Commercial Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

Mahala is responsible for coordinating and executing initiatives in the commercial division as well as working with Jordi with Agent Services. She has extensive experience with email marketing, social media content creation, graphic design, and more from her past work experience along with a background in marketing within Real Estate.
